Shipping, Cancellation, and Return Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order within 3 days of placing it, before it enters the general shipping stage. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Return Policy: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
- If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
- The exact fee depends on the courier service chosen.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item received), the customer will not be charged for the return shipping fee.
For faster processing and refund, please include a note inside the return package with the following details:
- Payer's Name
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Reason for Return
Return Address provided upon request via email.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, a refund will be issued within 1–2 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. For example, if the order was paid via Klarna, the refund will be processed back through Klarna to your original payment source; if paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be returned to the same card. We are unable to refund to a different account or payment method than the one used at checkout. Please note that it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider or bank's processing time.
